Sarah's Last Week

BIG NEWS

Sound the alarms, cue the trumpets, get the champagne confetti ready because it's Sarah's last week as an undergrad student! Ahhh!

To remember this week, we asked Sarah how she was feeling about her last week...

I'm definitely feeling a bunch of different emotions. There's the bittersweet feeling, I'm excited and ready to start the next chapter, I'm proud I'll be graduating college- something I've looked forward to since before I actually existed-, but it's going to be weird not going to school every day. It's weird to think that I'm done. Obviously until grad school but that's another hurdle that I have to leap over. I just think about the beginning of my college experience. I remember moving in, calling Katie as we moved into our little double room in Bosch 2, decorating our room for EVERY holiday, when Katie had mono, I killed the poinsettia...time just flies. I'm going to be so bored next semester! What am I gonna do? It'll be strange to see you guys stressing but it'll also be very relieving that I won't have to write papers, study for exams, etc. However I know for a fact that my sleeping habits, the little that I have now, are going to the drain next semester. 

We also asked Sarah how she was feeling about starting grad school next fall...

I think my brain is going to turn into mush! I'm sad I won't have that mental challenge or stimulation for a while. It'll be the first time in 18 years that I won't have consistent formal education. I could cry right now just thinking about it. I'm done with school in December and I won't be going back until September. It's like an extended summer but during winter too? Wait that's going to be 9 months. I could have a baby during that time! (Please Sar, for our sake, don't...at least for now) Starting grad school I think I'll be nervous. It's like I'll be starting all over. However I'm interested to see where I'll be this time next year!

Wine :) The wine club I joined was worth it!

6. What's your favorite part of living with The Hoes?
Having convos with each other while we're all in our own rooms, but we have to talk loudly since we're a little far away. It's more like we yell to each other. Okay fine we yell at each other. And they support my every decision

7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Teaching some sweet kiddos, in the progress of writing a cookie cookbook and traveling to new places

This is a tough one. My mom's breaded chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes and corn. Oh my god it's so good.

Dancing, love to cheer, listen to music, sing, planning my audition for American Idol

5. What's your drink of choice?
Oh easy, cran vod. (Cranberry vodka for those who don't abbreviate)

6. What's your favorite part of living with The Hoes?
Never being alone and having someone to listen to my problems

7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Dead. Jk hopefully in my own apartment in the psych field, like a counselor. Happy but by myself. Yea just a good job as a counselor.
